This  "Simple Habit" Made Me Lean...
Going from 225 to a slim 150, at age 58, was a miracle.

When I realized how much being overweight was hurting every aspect of my life, I set out on my adventure.

After my husband received a promotion at work, we relocated from Chicago to Astoria, Oregon. A wonderful combination of urban and outdoor activities may be found in the picturesque tiny town of Astoria

All four of the seasons are wonderful to us, but fall and winter are our favorites... We also planned on hiking, biking, camping, and fishing in Astoria...

There was just one issue—I was far too overweight to move!

I had finally succumbed to years of stress and unhealthy eating practices.  I had recently experienced recent heart issues and was in terrible condition, with achy joints.

I was depressed and hated the idea that, due to my size, I was missing out on memories with my family

I was self-conscious when I looked in the mirror. I lacked energy, craved junk food all the time, and found it difficult to get out of my chair.

I was down and didn't believe in myself. No matter what I tried, the results remained the same despite the fact that I had seen multiple doctors and had a battery of tests performed on me.

You briefly lose something before regaining it all.

I made the sad decision because of my size to stay at home while my husband took our grandchildren to see the breathtaking countryside.

My fate was changed, though, thanks to, Helen, one of my former classmates. While grocery shopping, I ran into her. She looked amazing.

She no longer resembled the Helen I once knew. Even though it seemed a little strange to inquire, I was interested in learning her secret.

Helen, forwarded me a video that had a profound effect on her life.

I thought I had nothing to lose after attempting a number of diets without any discernible success. I watched the video. As a result, it was amazing to see the weight disappear using this simple habit.

It also had the additional advantage of helping to regulate your blood sugar and heart rate!

I came to the conclusion that my weight loss had nothing to do with how hard I tried to refrain from eating my favorite foods.

How often do I get cardiovascular exercise?

How much sugar or carbohydrates do I consume?

There are several factors to consider, including my thyroid, hormones, metabolism, DNA, and the aging process.

After watching the video, I started using the "simple at-home habit" and I was able to finally see results!

Now I always wake up feeling energized and renewed!

I started to feel confident and upbeat instead of hopeless!

Fatigue, morning fog, inflammation, chronic headaches, increased hunger/cravings, and back and knee issues can be all symptoms of depression and anxiety.

I lack the words to express how wonderful and priceless it is to become and remain well.

This is the reason I'm now telling everyone I know my tale. The same " Tropical Loop Hole" is being used by members of my family and friends, and they are all having great success.

I am 58 years old and I feel younger than I have in the past, and it gets better every day.

I feel lighter and more able to spend time outside with my spouse and grandchildren each morning. I feel like I'm at my best!
